It happened! Hooray! We now should have a house by the 12th of October! If we don’t then we are in for some serious compensation so I’m not too worried! WINNER!
Right before we headed off on holiday we FINALLY agreed on an exchange and completion date with the vendors. Only took a MONTH! The exchange date was the 28th of September.
